| The following table provides a summary of end point royalties (EPR) payable on grain produced (other than for own seed) from the AGT varieties listed. End point royalties can contain two components:
1) The Breeder Retained Royalty (BRR) that is returned to the breeder of the variety, and;
2) Management fees that are paid to a third party that is providing the breeding entity with a commercial service for the commercialisation, marketing and EPR collection of any given variety.
AGT manages the commercialisation of the majority of its varieties thereby ensuring the maximum EPR return back to the breeding programs
The BRR component received by AGT is indicated in the centre column. Where AGT manages the commercialisation of a variety the BRR is equal to the EPR. Where a variety's commercialisation is not managed by AGT any applicable management fees payable to the commercialising party have been added to derive the total EPR, payable by the grower. The total EPR is shown in the right hand column
